Location and Schedule
Gateway Baptist Church meets at the East Belleville YMCA, located at 2627 Carlyle Avenue in Belleville, Illinois. We are across the street from SWIC and the College Metrolink station.
Sunday morning fellowship and Sunday School begins around 10:00 a.m. and continues for about 40 minutes. There is one class for adults, and one class for children and teens. The Sunday morning church service begins at 10:45 a.m. and lasts about 45 minutes. If you are feeling ill or have been in close contact with someone who is sick, please stay home and stay safe. Sunday morning services are live-streamed on the church's Facebook page.***

Ministries
Gateway Baptist Church is a soul winning church, reaching into the community for Christ through actively sharing and promoting the message of the Gospel. We believe in the importance of foreign missions. We offer to arrange transportation to church for those who cannot get here otherwise. Our educational ministry includes Sunday school for all ages as well as Gateway Christian Academy (formerly First Baptist Academy in Cahokia). We seek to expand our outreach as the Lord directs. Founded in 1968 as the Parklane Baptist Mission, and later known as First Baptist Church of Cahokia, Gateway Baptist Church of Greater St. Louis has served St. Clair County for over 50 years. Click here for a short history.
